He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (1982), a master's degree in Production Engineering (1997) and a PhD in Production Engineering (2002), all from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is currently a PhD professor at USP, and a reviewer of the journals Gestão e Produção (UFSCar), Produção (São Paulo), RAUSP, RAE and International Journal of Production Economics. He has experience in Economics with emphasis on Industrial Economics, working mainly in the following subjects: Knowledge Management and Professional Services Companies. |
